KUCHING (Dec 9): AirBorneo will launch its website and call centre on Wednesday (Dec 10), marking the start of ticket sales ahead of its takeover of MASwings at the end of December this year.

In a statement, the airline said all existing MASWings tickets and bookings remain valid, with no changes to flight times or dates.

“Passengers with existing MASwings tickets for travel on or after Jan 14, 2026 will receive individual communications regarding the reissuance of their tickets under AirBorneo,” it added.

AirBorneo said that effective Wednesday, travellers purchasing tickets for journeys on or before Jan 13, 2026 should continue to buy MASWings tickets through the current MASWings website at www.maswings.com.my.

For travel on or after Jan 14, tickets must instead be purchased through AirBorneo’s website at www.airborneo.com. Customers may also purchase tickets or make inquiries through AirBorneo’s call centre, which can be reached at the toll-free number 1-300-22-1388 for local callers or (+06)82-537 555 for international callers.
