KUCHING (Dec 10): AirBorneo has officially launched its website, offering travellers a dedicated digital platform to book flights and manage travel arrangements with ease.
Launched on Wednesday, the website features online ticket purchases, booking management, travel information, as well as customer support, travel alerts, news and e-invoice requests.
The airline’s initial routes connect Kuching to four domestic destinations mainly Limbang, Mukah, Mulu and Tanjung Manis.
One-way fares from Kuching to Limbang start from RM224 per passenger for Economy Basic and RM241 for Economy Flex.
Return flights incur the same rates per passenger.
AirBorneo’s website also lists routes from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) to five destinations: Labuan, Lahad Datu, Limbang, Lawas and Mulu, with fares to Labuan starting from RM194 per passenger for one way.
Travellers from Miri have access to flights to 13 destinations including Bario, Bintulu, Long Banga, Labuan, Long Lellang, Long Akah, Limbang, Lawas, Mukah, Marudi, Mulu, Long Seridan and Sibu.
Fares from Miri to Bario start at RM113 per passenger for one way, while flights to Sibu begin at RM213 per passenger for one way.
According to information on the website, the Economy Basic fare allows flight changes with a maximum penalty of RM50 per passenger and refunds with a maximum penalty RM120 per passenger.
Passengers in this category are entitled to 7kg hand carry, unlimited checked baggage up to 20kg, seat selection, and complimentary refreshments.
The Economy Flex option offers greater flexibility, allowing flight changes without penalty and refunds with a maximum RM100 penalty per passenger.
It includes the same baggage allowance, seat selection and refreshments as the Economy Basic category.

Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard or online banking (FPX), with credit card processing fees applicable.
Recently, AirBorneo said all existing MASWings tickets and bookings remain valid, with no changes to flight times or dates.
For travel journeys on or before Jan 13, 2026, tickets should continue to be purchased through the MASWings website at www.maswings.com.my.
For travel on or after Jan 14, 2026, tickets must be purchased through AirBorneo’s website.
